Stethoscope & Pinning Ceremony | College of Respiratory Therapy


The College of Respiratory Therapy proudly held its Stethoscope & Pinning Ceremony on July 11, 2024, at LORMA Colleges Founders Hall. This ceremony marks a significant milestone for our students as they advance in their journey to becoming healthcare professionals. Congratulations to all the students who have achieved this important step toward their future careers!

4th Coating and Pinning Ceremony | College of Medical Laboratory Science


On August 9, 2024, at the La Union Convention Center, the College of Medical Laboratory Science held its 4th Coating and Pinning Ceremony. This significant event symbolizes the students' readiness to embark on their professional journeys in the medical laboratory science field. The ceremony featured a keynote address by Charlie P. Cruz, PhD, RMT, SM(ASCPi)CM, a distinguished alumnus from the BS in Medical Technology Class of 1998, who shared invaluable insights and experiences with the students.

10th White Coat Ceremony | College of Pharmacy


On August 10, 2024, the San Juan Campus was filled with excitement as we held the 10th White Coat Ceremony for the College of Pharmacy. This important event marked a key milestone in the journey of our future healthcare professionals. The ceremony featured inspiring remarks from our guest speaker, Kasmere Q. Lara, RPh, MD, a distinguished alumna from the BS Pharmacy Class of 2016. This ceremony symbolized the students' formal transition into their professional roles, embodying their commitment to the values and responsibilities of the healthcare field.

62nd Capping, Pinning, Badging & Candle Lighting Ceremony | College of Nursing


Later in the afternoon of August 12, 2024, the La Union Convention Center was once again the venue for a momentous occasion—the 62nd Capping, Pinning, Badging, and Candle Lighting Ceremony. Under the theme "Illuminate the Future of Nursing," 500 student nurses participated in this cherished tradition, symbolizing their readiness to begin their clinical duties. The ceremony was made even more special by the presence of guest speaker Kristel Gizelle Beñas, RN, MAN, a proud alumna from the BS Nursing Class of 2007, who delivered a powerful message about the noble journey that lies ahead for our student nurses.

51st Commencement Ceremony (CLI & CHS) | August 2024


August 12, 2024, marked a significant day for Lorma Colleges as we celebrated the 51st Commencement Ceremony at the La Union Convention Center in Brgy. Sevilla. Graduates from a diverse array of programs, including Master of Arts in Nursing, Master in Information Systems, and various bachelor's degree programs, proudly received their diplomas. The guest speaker, Gelndell P. Mibalo, DPT, PT, PTRP, CSRS, and a notable alumnus from the BS Physical Therapy Class of 2019, graced the event. This ceremony not only celebrated the culmination of years of dedication and hard work but also set the stage for our graduates' future successes.

As we close the chapter on an incredibly successful school year, we eagerly look forward to the academic year 2024-2025. This year is particularly significant as it marks the Emerald Anniversary of Lorma Colleges—our 55th Foundation Anniversary. With this milestone, we embrace the future with excitement and anticipation, knowing that even more opportunities and experiences await us.
